Transmission 242 U.S.A. prides itself on fast, efficient and courteous service. Here are some of its rules and policies to familiarize yourself with in order to keep things running smoothly.

1) All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours upon receiving your order and payment clearance.

2) All orders are shipped Priority US Mail. If other methods are needed you may send an e-mail with your request.

Orders OUTSIDE N. America must contact me for shipping prices if not stated on item. Shipping prices on cart invoice reflect prices for N. America ONLY.

4) New York State residents MUST add 8.65% sales tax to NON-CLOTHING items. Failure to do so will result in the deleting of items to make up for the deficit.

6) All items are consistently in stock. If an event an item is out of stock and you wish that item(s) to remain on back order than available items will be sent immediately and back ordered items will be shipped FREE of charge when made available.

RETURN POLICY

All orders are final sale. CD's, Videos and DVD’s that are damaged may be returned for an EQUAL exchange.

All customer information and order history is kept confidential. We do not sell or give customer information to other companies.

You may also call, fax or send your order via snail mail. When calling and you are unable to reach me live, please clearly state your name, address, telephone number, order, type of credit card, credit card number and expiration date OR simply leave your number and the best time you can be reached and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

To make placing your order by phone easier, just choose the items and add to shopping cart, then choose "Pay by Phone" option and continue with check out. We will both receive an emailed copy of order which you may print out for reference.

Note: New York State residents will be charged 8.5% on all items.
